Does anyone know where I can find the Promo 45 Edit version of "Sweet Child O' Mine" on CD?

How is this different than the regualr version?

There is another thread somewhere on the board that documents all the different versions. The promo 45 version is not just an edit, but it is also a very slight remix. The only place I have ever seen any of the promo versions on CD is the promo CD singles. I know of two US promo CD singles (I own both)---one is a 1-track with the same version as the 45. The other is a 3-track with two edit/remixes and the LP version.
