My commercial 45, which is stereo and confirmed as RCA 0217, has both a listed & actual time of (2:37). I only post this info because current timings for database CDs for this song range from (2:34) to (2:39).

Although not noted in the database, the single version is a different mix, at least different than what I hear on Track Record, Ultimate Collection, and Greatest Hits. The single features some louder guitars, and some pretty significant reverb off to one channel at the guitar break at 1:30. (Same reverb is heard on the vocal from time to time when the music stops on the 45 only)
My copy is a DJ copy but I assume it matches the stock as many RCA DJ copies match the stock unless they are radio edits. Mono side of the DJ is just a fold down of the stereo side.

Good call, Bill! The guitar reverb at the 1:30 break is missing from the track on the Road Food vinyl LP (RCA 0405).

Has the 45 mix appeared on any Canadian CD's?
