The version on my Promo Only CD of "Party Up (Up In Here)" runs 2:49. This is officially called the "Mainstream Radio Edit." During this era, it was common for Def Jam to release a promo CD to urban radio and a later alternate promo to CHR, usually with a shorter "mainstream radio edit." Here are the tracks from the DMX single:
