my commercial 45 issued as sire 736 of the climax blues band song "couldn't get it right" states a run time on the label as 3:14 and does indeed run that length and contains the single vocal track at the beginning.....the version aaron furnished to me from the fuel cd runs a few seconds long....if you fade the last 0:03 second from 3:11 to 3:14 you'll effectively re-create the true 45 version.....thx for this version, aaron...my other 3 cds all contain the double layered vocals on the intro.....

If you go to iTunes or Amazon, you will find the 45 version
from the "Gold Plated" album, and I timed it at exactly
3:15, and it has the single vocal at the beginning. I just
downloaded it, and it will replace my needledrop of the 45.

My Sire Records/ABC Promo 45 is 3:15 and is vinyl. Also has a Mono side. And really sounds superb.
