Dug out my promo 45 for this song. (Same stereo version on both sides and a picture sleeve; I assume it's the same as the commercial 45.) It runs 4:07, and 105.2 BPM throughout.
The version on Greatest Hits and the digitally identical The Top Ten Hits Of Expose also runs 4:07 and 105.2 BPM throughout. It sounds very nice on these discs, but clips quite a bit around -3 dB.
For dynamic range purists that don't like clipping, there's another disc with the 45 version with no clipping: EMI's MTV BET VH-1 Power Players (1988).
It also runs 4:07, at 105.2 BPM throughout, but has its left and right channels reversed compared to the 45 and to the above GH CD. If you switch the left and right channels on this disc, it's as close to the 45 as you'll find.
