OK, here's another one for the class. I've only heard the edited version of "Long Long Time" once (but it was about a year or so ago on the former oldies outlet turned Jack, so I'm not sure if the version they played was the actual single). What I do remember is there's an edit after the second verse that strips the harpsichord break and the third verse out, but I'm not exactly sure where the edit should be (whether it's in the second chorus or the third chorus before the reprised chorus ending). Anybody know for sure?
I always knew my grade school music classes would come in handy someday. :)

My commercial 45, which is mono as previously stated, has a listed time of (2:59), but an actual time of (3:05).

I just did this edit. You have to listen to the lyrics and strings real close but I made 2 edits. Careful not to cut off any voice, make the edits right before the "for a long, long time" at 2:23 and then again right before the "for a long, long time" at 3:37. Taking out the section in between of coarse.
Most edits are on a downbeat but not this one. Fold-down to mono as I can't hear any differences otherwise.
