I've owned the juke box 45 of this for years (a commercial
issue -- it has a bar code), and finally got around to
listening to it. The A-side is an unnamed version (which
is the Album Version, I just verified) and the B-side is
Fallin' Remix (Without Rap).

Since this wasn't a reissue "Back to Back Hits" type of
thing, but a new issue with the same song on both sides, in
my opinion the Album Version is the true 45 version.
