Guessing there was an official U.S. Radio Edit but no
one has stepped forward with details yet from a Promo CD
single.

I have three different promo CD singles for "Get It On Tonite," and here are the details:
(There are no printed times for the first two discs.)
DEF 368-2
1. Radio Edit (3:32)
2. Instrumental (4:36)
DEF 404-2 (Remix)
1. Get It On With LL & Montell (Radio Edit) (3:59)
2. House of Spensane Club Mix (Radio Edit) (3:48)
3. Tonite Dance Mix (Radio Edit) (3:56)
DEFR 15026-2
1. Mainstream Radio Edit (listed & actual 3:32)
2. Radio Edit Featuring LL Cool J (Rap Version) (listed & actual 3:59)
3. Mainstream Dance Edit (listed & actual 3:56)
4. Instrumental (listed & actual 4:36)
5. House Of Spensane Club Version (listed & actual 3:48)
6. Call Out Research Hook (0:11)
I'm not sure if there is any difference between the "Mainstream Radio Edit" and the regular "Radio Edit" but the times appear to be identical. In fact, it seems like the third promo is merely a compilation of the first two promos.
