I see that the 45 of Duke Of Earl is entered in the database as having 2 pressings, one running (2:24) and the other (2:32) even though the label states (2:22) in both cases. I can verify the shorter version but can anyone verify that there was indeed a longer (2:34) pressing of this 45? And if so can you provide matrix number information?

Pat, my copy is a 2:24 copy. It is a Lost-Nite reissue
which actually used Vee-Jay vintage stampers. And happens
to sound very excellent.

I just checked my somewhat beat-up copy on VeeJay 416, and
it too is the shorter version...actually seemed a bit
shorter than 2:24 but I might have just lost the tail end
in the noise.

All three of mine run 2:23:

1) Vee-Jay 416 DJ 45, ARP vinyl pressing.
2) Vee-Jay 416 stock 45, Columbia Terre Haute styrene pressing.
3) Oldies 45 21 reissue 45, Monarch styrene pressing.

#1 & #3 are sourced from the same mother cutting. #2 is mastered by Columbia.
