Is there something I need to do to get my posts to come out all the way across the page, instead of getting chopped
up into smaller sections??
I have some chart stuff that I want to post soon, but it would be nice if it wasn't so choppy.
I'm pretty good at figuring out tech stuff, but this one has me baffled.
Any help would be appreciated!

At the bottom right of the comment box (the white section
of the box, not the gray section), there should be a
few little lines that you can place the arrow of your
mouse on. If you press and hold that down, you should be
able to stretch out the box to make it wider. That's what
I do and it works for me.

That worked (I edited my original post).
Thanks, Dan!

You're welcome, Paul! I had the same question myself after I first started posting here and then one day I just happened to look down there and saw those little lines.

Wow! I never knew you could resize the text box. That's a handy little trick! Newer browsers place hard returns at the end of a wrapped line of text on this particular forum, which likely has to do with very old forum software. Older browsers, like Internet Explorer, don't put the hard return at the end of a line, so it looks correct and properly wraps according to the width of the browser.

I use Chrome.
For my posts, I get all the text into the text box, then change the text size in Chrome so that it's as small as it can get. With my mouse, that involves holding down CTRL and scrolling down until the text is 25% of its normal size. Your results may vary, depending on hardware.
I then make the browser window as narrow as possible at the left end of my screen. I then click-and-hold on the bottom right corner of the text box and drag it out of the browser window all the way to the right side of my screen. If there is still text that extends onto the next line, I repeat the grab-and-drag until the line is long enough to accommodate the full line of text.
Then I "post."
It sounds a lot more complicated than it is. And you get nice posts that use the full width of your browser window - handy if you include lists, etc.
