Originally released in 1981, this song was a top 50 hit in 1986 when it was released again. The 1986 45 version times in at 4:02. Has it made it to a domestic CD anywhere?

All radio-length versions of the 1986 hit version that I have found on CD
(and I’ve searched a lot) have a fade ending, while IIRC, the US 45
ends cold with a sustained horn(?). Disappointing, but I would love to
find out that I have missed it somewhere.
