World Class Wreckin' Crew - Turn Off The Lights
I've been struggling to find this 1988 low rung Hot 100 hit. The 45 version is slightly over 4 minutes. The longer version is what is available on CD and cannot be edited to match the 45 version.
With that being said does anyone here know or have the 45 version on CD or have come across it at all? Thanks in advance but hope is quickly fading that this ever made it to CD at all....

Great one, Rich, but they're two 5:42 versions one with the rap, and the other
with the vocal. Both versions include Michel'le. The version with rap was the
only version I've heard on the radio. I did not know a shorter version existed.

The specific 45 version is the one that was released in 1987.

There is a 1991 CD single, but that is the 5:42 length.

Rich, I was finally able to listen to the 45 version from Chuck's dub and you are correct.
This one can't be edited down as it includes additional instrumentation over the rap
track. Michel'le may have resang the chorus, but I didn't spend too much time
deciphering. Her vocals are dry here, with a lot more reverb on the 12 inch versions.
Here's hoping someone can unearth a CD source moving forward.
