A 2020 2 CDs Bob Dylan Japanese compilation is the 1st
I've seen with all 70s and 80s hits (except for Wigwam).
This includes Hurricane part 1, 45 version of Gotta
serve somebody and George Jackson (big band version). It
also includes singles recorded with The Band.

i bought, copied and sold that cd years ago and i do
remember it being a rather muffled cd compilation, for
what it's worth...

Ed, this two CD Japanese singles compilation was released on March 25, 2020 by Sony Japan. Are you sure you are talking about the same release?

The Earth, WInd and Fire Japanese Singles collection was
released in September and a Kenny Loggins Singles
Collection was out in October (I have both and the
latter does not include anything that is not already
available, although it includes a DVD with video clips,
the same as the Earth Wind and Fire set, which consists
in a double CD with a DVD with video clips).
