Is the 3:13 mono 45 promo version a drop down edit of the 4:17 stereo 45 or a unique mix?

I just edited the longer version down to the shorter version
in stereo. I also did a fold of the edited shorter edit I did
and it sounds like the shorter mono 45 so I would say just a
fold down. Not positive though.

Using Billboard Top Dance Hits 1977:
Keep 0:00.00 to 1:54.011
Remove 1:54.011 to 2:23.044
With what you have left, it fades from 2:58-3:12.
