Hey everyone,
So doing my singlesography collection I have been able to assemble with the help of other contributors positions 1-247 in the 2016 Whitburn annual.
So for anyone wondering if all 247 can be assembled the answer is "yes" and it can be done.
However, 4 are lossy. I have 2 very static vinyl dubs of the 4 that are probably beyond clean up. If anyone knows where on CD these are available let me know. Otherwise I have checked every digital source available and they are all lossy if available at all (this includes Qobuz, Tidal and 7digital). They are the following:
Tommy Leonetti "Heartless"
Bob Corley "Number One Street"
Don Dick & Jimmy "Love is a Many-Splendored Thing"
Leo Diamond "Melody of Love"
Thanks in advance for pointing me in the right direction!

Rich, I think the Leo Diamond 'Melody Of Love' is on Eric 13602, 'Rare Pop Instrumentals Of The Fifties'. -Bill.
