The mono 45 version of The Cuff Links' "Tracy" is available as a digital download on the Geffen V/A compilation, "Morning Daze: Universal Soft Rock Collection Vol. 2." Seems to run about the correct
speed, just barely 2:06.

There is also a Vol. 1 called "Melodies for You: Universal Soft Rock Collection Vol. 1." These apparently were V/A comps issued by MCA-Universal Japan in 1997, in Japan only, and are now available
worldwide digitally. (And believe me, you never know what version/mix/obscure song is going to show up on a Japanese V/A collection!)
