My commercial 45, which is stereo, has both a listed and an actual time of (2:20). I only post this info because the 3 current CD appearances for this song in the database show times of (2:30), (2:31) and (2:38).

According to my research, Foster Sylvers' "Misdemeanor" surfaced on his self-titled LP in 1973 on the Pride record label. As Jim reports, there's a wide range of run times for the song's CD appearances and none are close to the commercial 45 run time, so it would be appreciated if anyone who has the Foster Sylvers vinyl LP in question could please pass along the LP run time.

Todd, at the 7/4 family cookout, I finally retrieved my original 1973 "Foster Sylvers" LP, from "auxiliary LP storage" at my Mom's. The LP has a listed time of (2:37) and an actual time of (2:36). However, the last :06 seconds or so of the song are BARELY audible, even at FULL volume. This is probably the reason for those (2:30) and (2:31) CD lengths - the dreaded "early dump".

Pat, just FYI, your new database notation for this includes a typo. It now says the LP runs (2:26); you actually meant to type in (2:36).
