Did a search and couldn't find an previous discussion of this song. What are the difference between the 45 and LP version? Edit points, if there are any?

The 45 version omits the :11 of percussion that is heard at the beginning of the LP version. I don't hear any other differences between the two versions.

my commercial 45 issued as columbia 45940 lists the run time as 3:13 and does indeed run that length and is an edit of the full length 3:23 cd/lp version...if you edit off the first 0:10.5 of percussion you'll effectively re-create the proper 45 version...this 45 run time info s/b added to the db...
