sorry...out of room in the Subject line. Pat I've read numerous times that both "April Love" and its b-side "When The Swallows Come Back To Capistrano" are the original 45 versions in their stereo form. They were not recorded at Dot ("Sugar Moon" was his first 45 to be cut in stereo at Dot), rather in 3-track stereo for the movie April Love, on the film sound stage. You indicate "stereo rerecording" in your review of the (excellent) new "Hard To Find Jukebox Classics 1957 Pop Gold" CD.
