Pat, the current database notation for this song states that the commercial 45 has a listed time of (5:29), but an actual time of (5:22). However, my commercial 45, also with a listed time of (5:29), instead has an actual time of (5:27). This is also the exact running time featured on 5 of the 10 current CDs in the database for this song. My 45's deadwax info is "A&M 12387S-P1".

Two different commercial 45 releases perhaps? If so, I wonder what accounts for the :05 difference between the two?

This is an extremely difficult single to time because of the long fadein and fadeout. My copy is a dj copy and as best I can tell after timing it again is that it runs (5:24) which is still :03 shorter than Jim's commercial 45 but I doubt that it is a different pressing.

my commercial 45 issued as a&m 2007 states a run tme on the label as 5:29 but actually runs 5:21.....the deadwax info is "a&m 12387s-m1" and also has "<104027" about an inch and half away from that.....so there must be two issues....my 45 fades out rather quickly to the 5:21 mark....this info s/b re-added to the db....
