Is the only difference between the lp and 45 version (which the database lists as unavailable on CD) the edit that occurs from 1:41 to 2:45 which brings the running time down to approximately 2:55?
Or are there other mix issues?

Indy500:
I made an exact 45 version replication of Aretha Franklin's "Spirit in the Dark" from CD last fall. Although I can't recall where the exact edit points are, I do know I didn't detect any mix differences between the 45 and LP version. (If I had, I wouldn't have bothered completing the edit.) If you would like to hear an mp3 of the vinyl 45 or my homemade edit, feel free to send me a private message via the "pm" icon below.
