Abagon was very kind to pass along that the actual commercial 45 run time of Paul Davis' "Do Right" is 3:57, not 4:05 as stated on the record label. Most of the song's CD appearances in the database run 4:01. Anyone know if we're dealing with another LP length/speed issue here?

my commercial 45 states a run time of 4:05 but actually runs 3:57.....it is the same version as from the cd
"sweet life:his greatest hits singles"
except the 45 is very slightly sped up and the fade on the cd is truncated (ie faded out a few seconds earlier on the 45 than on the cd version)....

The LP running time is (3:59), the listed time is "4:05" on the LP record label. (Selftitled "Paul Davis" LP. Bang JZ 36094)
The next song starts at (3:59.8) on the vinyl LP. Therefore. I feel that nothing is the over 4:00 length version in the vinyl sources.
