Abagon reports the actual commercial 45 run time of Night Ranger's "Goodbye" is 4:17, not 4:20 as stated on the record label.

"dj copies of this 45 run 3:57"
Does anybody know how to recreate the 3:57 version, assuming it's possible to do so?

Thanks to jimct for kindly firing a reference copy in my direction. Unless I am missing something, the 3:57 version is just an early fade of the commercial 45 version. FYI, the fade begins at approximately 3:45.

Yes, I'm pretty certain you are correct about it being an early fade.
