Ed, unfortunately, after 1995 or so, my promo CD singles collection starts to become a little more "hit and miss". I just checked, and I do not see a promo CD single for "Heaven's What I Feel" inside the 1998 box where it would be if I had one - sorry, my friend. Maybe someone else might have one handy, and can help you out.

Ed, my friend Tom's promo CD single inventory listing for this song (ESK-41059) states that it has 1 version on it, a listed (3:58) "Radio Edit". (I will ask him what the actual time is, to see if it might, in fact, be that 4:07 Radio edit you have.) FYI, he also owns both 3 and 8-track commercial CD singles, as well as an import CD single.

I happened to speak to my friend Tom on the phone today, and I brought this song up to him. He just e-mailed me back, with timing results from his above-referenced promo CD single. It has a listed time of (3:58), but an actual time of (4:33). So Ed, it appears that the "Radio Edit" on your U.S. commercial CD single, which you state to run (4:37), appears to be the definitive USA version, vs. that shorter, Australian CD single "Radio Edit", that you also own.
