Our commercial 45 of "Mountain Of Love" by Harold Dorman (Rita 1003) states a time of (2:30), but actually runs (2:24).

Is your copy with the strings or without them?

Tom:
Have you run across a commercial 45 pressing without the strings?

Yes my stock copy is without the strings. As soon as I dig it out (i saw it yesterday but i've been surrounded by 45s and have NO idea what box i put it in) i'll post the trail-out info.

My commercial copy (Rita 1003) without strings states a run time of 2:30 and runs 2:30 as well. The trail out info is: 45 R-101 and then a little bit across the groove shows P-P-. This very likely was the first pressing, and probably not around for a very long time (my record price guide does not make any mention of there being a strings vs stringless version of the record however i would suspect the string-less variation would actually be worth a little more as it was not the hit).
