I'm just curious to know which Prince promo CD singles exist from the Sign O' The Times album. I only know of one ("If I Was Your Girlfriend").

Aaron, as far as I know, you have it exactly right. I do own a promo CD single for "...Girlfriend", but I only own/have ever seen promo 45s for the four other Prince songs you've question marked.

FYI, there is an expanded CD version of the Sign O' The
Times album to be released on Sept. 25th with all the
various edits, extended mixes, etc. that were originally
released on vinyl and CD. There's also a massive deluxe
edition with tons of unreleased studio tracks and live
concert performances (on CD and DVD).
