Jim reports the actual and printed commercial 45 run time of Looking Glass's "Brandy (You're a Fine Girl)" is 2:55. Database CD appearances of this song containing a "45 version" comment currently run from 2:46-2:55. Actually, it's pretty much just one CD: Superhits - 1972 CD (Time-Life SUD-11), which runs 2:46 that differs significantly from the correct 45 length.

The 45 was sped up and remixed. If fact, there were something like 90 mixes made for that one song alone!

The Superhits - 1972 CD runs 2:54; it's digitally identical to AM Gold - 1972.
