my commercial cassingle issued as epic 73398 contains, as the a-side, the "lp version" of the song.....i also have the promo cd single issued as epic esk 73398 which contains the below tracks
1-radio edit (4:18)
2-lp version (5:08)
since the 5:08 lp version is the lead track on the cassingle the db should be amended to reflect this and not the existing notes for the song as listed below
1990 - POSSESSION (dj copies of this 45 ran (4:17) and (5:07))
(S) (5:07) Priority 7049 Metal Heat (LP version)
(S) (5:07) Epic 45083 Bad English (LP version)
(S) (5:06) Sony Music Special Products 30148 Rock Hits Of The 90's (LP version)
(S) (5:07) Sony BMG Music Entertainment Custom Marketing Group 724076 Bad English (LP version)
there s/b be NO qualifiers in the db because the lp version is the same as the single version, even though a radio edit was issued as the first track on the promo cd single....

as a request....does anyone have the vinyl 45 with the same catalog number as my cassingle epic 73398, to tell us which version, the radio edit or album version is on it.....it is possible that the vinyl 45 does NOT contain the album version and may have the radio edit on it....

The only version of the song on my U.S. commercial 45 is the LP version. (The B-side is a different song "Tough Times Don't Last".)
