My commercial 45, confirmed as Capitol 5555, has a listed time of (2:47), but an actual time of (2:50). My 45 is vinyl, with deadwax of "45-X45378P11G".

To date, all stereo CD appearances of "Day Tripper" are marked with the comment: "British Mix". With that said, should the two CDs featuring the song in mono have a "U.S. Mix" comment?

No, the mono mixes were the same in both countries as far as I know. The song was first released in stereo in the UK on A Collection of Beatles Oldies. This mix starts with the guitar opening in both channels. It first appeared in stereo in the US on Yesterday and Today. This mix starts with the guitar in only one channel.
