My commercial 45, confirmed as Diamond 129 with deadwax info of "D 129A", followed by "triangle 45843". It has a listed time of (2:12), but an actual time of (2:21).

I compared both my east coast (vinyl) and west coast
(styrene, like Jim's copy above) pressings of this 45.
The east coast vinyl pressing is mastered a bit louder, and
also plays a little bit slower.... coming in with a time of
(2:22). When playing the two side by side in Adobe audition
it becomes evident almost immediately that there is a minor
speed difference, by the end of the song the west coast
pressing was a full second ahead of the east coast. I can
confirm, though, that they do have the exact same fade
points in the recording.

I just learned something new about this record while
talking to a friend of mine. There is a split second after
the second "yessssssssss" on the intro to the song, that is
edited out for the single. I guess to make it so there was
not a lot of dead air on the radio, perhaps.

would this account for the database's notation of "LP version" beside the
stereo occurrences, or is there another difference:

I would guess so... I haven't had enough money at one time
to pay for access to the database in the past several
years....

That small timing difference in the introduction is the basis for my comment about LP version vs 45 version.
