Database CD appearances of Eagle-Eye Cherry's "Save Tonight" presently have run times ranging from 3:52-3:59. We already know the album length is 3:59 and that a commercial single was never released for this song. However, I'm wondering if some of the other CD times may be reflective of a slightly shorter length on a promo single. I just checked the song as it appears on my Promo Only Mainstream Radio DJ subscription series and it has a run time of 3:56.

Does anyone have "Save Tonight" on promo single who can pass along the track listing and run time(s)?

Todd, here is my promo CD single info:

Eagle-Eye Cherry-"Save Tonight" (OSK 41273)
1-(non-described version) (listed 4:01; actual 3:59)

We also received in a second promo CD single for it. This one was on a CD-
R, with an official "Work" Records logo on it. It contained one track, a live,
"Recorded At La Zona Rosa - Austin, TX" version, with both a listed and
actual time of (5:05).

Thanks, Jim! It's good to know the length of the song on the parent CD is identical to what was serviced to radio stations.
