Two small edits, both during the instrumental break. Not exactly sure which bars get excised, though (although it's one before the guitar solo, and one
before Henley's vocal picks back up).

Does anyone know the exact edit times to recreate the 45 edit?

Using the track from Their Greatest Hits CD (mine's an early Japan-for-U.S. copy), minus the dead-roll lead-in:
1) Delete the segment from 2:00.855 to 2:10.538, then
2) Delete the segment from 2:49.089 to 2:58.735.
The edited result needs to be slowed down by 0.7 second, since the CD track runs faster than the vinyl 45. This will bring the time to 3:50.
Unfortunately, the decay following the final drum beat is faded out prematurely on the CD by about three-quarters of a second. If that isn't a problem, you're done!
If it is, a little added reverb on the final beat should stretch it out a bit.
And if that still isn't good enough, you need the kind of help I'm not licensed to offer. ;)
