Based on my research, there was a promo CD single issued for H-Town's "A Thin Line Between Love & Hate" on Warner Bros. PRO-CD-8005-R. Here is the track listing and printed run times:
1) Edit - 4:10
2) Album Version - 4:55
3) Instrumental - 4:38
Does anyone have a copy of this promo single who can confirm the actual run times? (Obviously, we're not concerned about the Instrumental track for database purposes since it wouldn't have garnered any signficant Top 40 airplay.)

Thanks, Paul, for providing the actual run times on the promo CD single.
Meanwhile, Ed has reported to me that his cassette single copy contains the "Album Version" and has an actual and printed run time of 4:57.
