Sundazed has announced the Mamas & Papas second album for simulataneous CD/LP release from a European mono tape, according to a knowledgable poster on BSN, coming out at the end of September.

That's great news, Brian! As far as I know, "I Saw Her Again" and
"Dancing In The Street" are the same between the mono 45 and mono
LP. "Words Of Love" had different overdubs on the mono 45 compared
with the mono LP.

Yup. "I Saw Her Again" seems to be the same as the mono 45 version. Not sure about "Dancing in the Street," as there is no 45 for that side on YouTube to compare it to, but "Words of Love" is definitely the "mono LP mix" as there are no horns like there are on the single at 00:29, starting on the line, "Worn-out phrases."

Probably better than the mono CD of their first album. Seems to be a little less hissy.

Brian, I think the Mamas & Papas second album on Sundazed is a vinyl rip. I'm hearing a good amount of sibilance and groove distortion, as well as some crackle. It's not on every track, but I definitely hear it on most of them. What do you think?
