my commercial 45 for the eydie gorme 'blame it on the bossa
nova' issued as columbia 42661 does not list a run time but
runs 2:29......i have a cdr version which is the same as
the vinyl 45 version, aside from the mono/stereo
differences.....the db states all cd version are the 'lp
version'...can anyone tell me what they hear that makes
there an lp and 45 version distinction?

David Clark has asked the same question in the Amazing
Early 60s Box thread and Pat responded that the Eydie Gorme
song has "reverb on the keyboards on the 45" that
apparently aren't on the LP version.

Ed,
I had emailed you that info when i sent you the mono
version .. it's a very minor difference in the mix, but
when I told Pat he updated the database.
