my commercial 45 for the ronettes song 'walking in the
rain' issued as philies 123 lists the run time on the
label as 2:35 but actually runs 3:14....the db states the
actual run time is 3:11....are there two version of this
45?....my run out groove info is etched 'R-25-B' then
'delta-54394-X'...

Ed my 45 has exactly the same run out groove information on it and my 45 does run (3:11). As I understand it there were numerous bootleg 45's pressed from the original Philles 45's so one of us may have one of the bootleg 45's.

45cat.com shows two pressings, one of them listing a
(2:30) time on the label. I wonder what one of those would
time out to.
I do not believe I have this disc in my collection at all,
so unfortunately I won't be able to help even when I get
reunited with my record collection again.
Ed and Pat, are your copies of the 45 pressed on vinyl, or
styrene? That could be a determining factor in deciding if
one (or both!) is a bootleg....
