It wasn't mentioned in the Dave Matthews Promo CD
singled thread, but is there a DJ edit for this song?
TM Studios lists the song as an edit in their database.
Can it be recreated if it is an edit?
If so, details please. :)

Promo CD RDJ-60547-2 has two cuts:
1. Album Version (3:52 listed and actual)
2. Edit (3:46 listed; 3:44 actual)

As far as I can tell, the only difference is the cold
ending, and I don't think it can be recreated from the
album version.
On the edit, at 3:36, he sings the last word ("go") on
beat 1. Then there's an edit on beat 2: his voice is
cut off, and the sustained guitar note rises in pitch a
couple times. I hear this in the last few seconds of
the LP version but he's strumming on top of it, so
there's no way to isolate it without a multitrack.
I have the 3:44 edit on a Promo Only disc, so I assume
it's the same as that on the promo CD.
