I know not a Top 40 hit, but does anyone know how to
recreate the edit of LP version that was on the promo 45?

You take out everything before where Linda sings "I've
got a crush on you"-seriously, almost the entire first
minute is lopped off.

That's certainly an interesting edit, but makes sense since
the label time on the 'edit of LP version' promo 45 is
2:29.
