Fantastic Song (and can't you tell that Carly is one of those artists that just needs a 2CD jam packed 7 inch single set) but I have a question.

The label on the US Promo says 4:16. All I have is a 4:05. Does anyone have a dub or can tell me the actual running time of the 45 promo version? Thanks.

about 4:17.
