"Deja Vu (Uptown Baby)" is one of those records that had "localized" versions. Although I don't have any of the local versions (because they were only released to radio stations), I know for certain there was one that mentioned Michigan cities and another version that mentioned Boston, MA and surrounding cities.
Does anyone have any of the local versions? Anyone want to add to the list who knows of others besides the ones I named?

Aaron I do actually have a localized version of "Deja Vu" for the SF Bay Area that I got off of a bootleg 12". I was able to edit it together with the commercial 12" and burned it to a CD-R. I've got it somewhere around the house.

Indeed WJMN Boston had their own localized version. I
called and asked for a copy years ago, but they said it
was long gone. WWKX here in Providence, RI had its
own version as did WFHN in New Bedford, MA.
