I guess the more accurate note would then be 45 version but 13 seconds longer, instead of "neither."

Actually, if you re-read Jim's post, the edits he is referring to are on his 45. my commercial 45 issued as cotillion 44215 lists the run time on the label as 3:58 but actually runs 3:48, just like jim's.....if you fade out the version on the below cd

Certain to be a Cashbox stiff, and as a result not currently found in the database, is this 1977 #36 Billboard-peaking chart entry. However, for any interested chart completists, my commercial 45 has a listed time of (3:58), but an actual time of (3:48). By chance, to obtain a different song on the disc, I recently bought the Varese V/A CD "Disco Classics", which also claimed to contain "Love In 'C' Minor (Part One)" on it. I was pleasantly surprised by this. There is no listed time for this track anywhere on the CD, but it has an actual time of (4:01). I was initially hoping it was the correct 45v, but it now seems certain, with a :13 second time difference, to be a "neither" version. I'm 99% sure I heard at least 3 less-than-perfect edits done, all during the last minute of my 45.
