Yes, that CD has the correct 1968 45 running 2:24, but the stereo version

Pat, what label is your 45? I can find only 1972 Jamie 45s with a 2:44 timing,

My copy is just like Jim's. I cannot tell where it exactly fades out because of excessive noise due to a low quality vinyl pressing but to my ears it sounds like it is over at 2:24. For David and Jim-- My copy of "The Horse" states a running time of (2:44) and runs (2:42). This is true of my dj and commercial 45's both of which have a matrix number of J CNO-4N-2. What is the matrix number of the shorter (2:21) version which has a stated time of (2:25)?
