It's mainly
because some locations I travel to the wi-fi
accessibility
is spotty at best. If I relied on complete streaming of
music (which it's illegal for me to do) I'd be out of
business.

I've never depended on iTunes other than the out of the
ordinary song requests I get (my clients musical tastes
are expanding thanks to suggestions via Spotify or
Pandora listening.) I then download the purchased
song(s) to my hard drives.

Edited by eriejwg

They will not stop selling downloads. Vinyl 45RPM records,
invented and launched over 74 years ago are still made and sold and
Apple makes a vast amount of money from those sales.

What is being removed is the iTunes programme which is then being
replaced by something else to do the same job. That’s the bit hidden
behind the attention grading headline.
