According to their database, TM Century issued the full-length album version on GoldDisc 103 and 555. Is there possibly a dj edit for this song somewhere? I ask because the
single version is NOT what i heard on the radio in NY in the summer of
1986. Somewhere around the musical bridge, there was a definite
edit/restructuring. I tried to edit the single version to match what i
remember but it really can’t be done (at least not without a crossfade). I

Resurrecting this thread, this CD does not actually contain the correct 45 version. The song begins at the correct point (eliminating the synthesizer intro from the LP version), but there is a synthesizer note held over from the LP intro. The 45 starts without this note held over. It sounds like they just truncated the intro for this CD.

I have the the 45 version of "Your Wildest Dreams" on the Time-Life Rock Dreams CD set, which was released in 1993.
