Also, since the portion of the intro is only about :10,
it's certainly been documented here that Top Hits often
fades their tracks early.

On the clean version of Def Jam's "Rush Hour" Soundtrack (558 660-2), "Can I Get A..." (track length 5:12) has the sound effects as you described.
