Jim dubbed their 1973 single
"Dyanamite Explodes" about ten years ago for me (for a
friend). Turned out pretty nice. Yeah, their career was not
particularly successful. None of their stuff has ever
appeared on CD.

Edited by Brian W.

"Please Mr. Postman" peaked at #82 in 1983. I was asked by a forum member to dub my promo 45, and as far as I know, this Marvelettes remake has never appeared on CD or a vinyl LP.

My promo 45 has the "Long Version" on one side and the "Short Version" on the other side. The listed times are 4:12 and 2:43. The labels were clearly swapped, though, because the "Long" side runs an actual 2:40, and the "Short" side runs an actual 4:10.

I also have a stock 45, which lists the run time as 4:12, but it actually plays the shorter 2:40 version.

Edited by aaronk
