If you ever have trouble logging in, please note the following:

1) Your user ID for the chat board is the same as it has always been, which is your screen name.

2) Your user ID for the searchable database is the email address that is entered in your account. What does this mean? If you’re a longtime subscriber and changed email addresses at some point over the years but never told Pat that your email changed, I might have an outdated email address on file. Even if you changed it in your PayPal account and renewed your subscription, that does not mean your Top 40 account info was updated.

Updating your info when you resubscribe is a manual process, so if I didn’t notice your PayPal email is different from what I have on file, there might be a mismatch. It’s easy for me to update your login email address; I just need to know that you’d like it updated. This has been the #1 reason for login problems.
