I just understood and knew "The producer snipped segment between (0:01) and (0:03) and spliced it back in a few measures later.I realized when I listen to this guitar riff.Thank you very much.

This is one of those edits which surprises me a little. I have the 45 and they take out the whole second verse and chorus. As this was a hit in 1980, songs with edits below 3:00 became rare in the '80s. It seemed that by the end of the decade, most single edits were around the 4:00 mark. Although there's no mention in the database, the song "I'm Almost Ready" by Pure Prairie League should have "LP version" next to the CDs listed.

The 45 version runs (2:46), and it is an edit of the LP version. It also has one of the strangest edits I've ever heard. The producer snipped segment between (0:01) and (0:03) and spliced it back in a few measures later. For what reason is beyond me.
