Has the single version of "America" been released on CD (even overseas)? Pat, I was comparing the LP versions of "Hello Again" on 'The Jazz Singer' vs. '12 Greatest Hits Vol. II'. I noticed that the pitch is a lot slower on '12 Greatest...', which is why the song clocks out to be longer.
