Well, it could have been issued as a cassette single -- I mean, it's not like Whitburn hasn't been wrong before -- but I don't see any listing for it on GEMM as a cassette single at all. As far as commercial single formats, it's my understanding that "U Can't Touch This" was only made available on 12" vinyl.
